Summary: Air conditioner didn't work in my room. After first night (i arrived late), told them it needed repair or i needed a new room. Was promised one or the other which wasn't delivered. Forced to suffer a second night in 95+ degree weather. Will definitely never stay again.

Summary: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cosmetically the hotel needs some updating. Pool and hot tub was not in service which was a bummer. Loved the complementary breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. There was alot of banging with doors of other rooms and from above
